" is the first single from the EP The Time of Our Lives Miley Cyrus released to American radio on August 4 and day 11 digital download. "Party in the U.S.A." was co-written and produced by Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald who co-wrote and produced "Circus" Britney Spears. Was ranked as one of the best songs to represent the United States and abroad. Thus Miley takes a gigantic step in her career as a singer. Most people dare to compare this song with "Circus" Britney Spears. The song won a commercial success for Cyrus in several countries including Australia Canada New Zealand United Kingdom and the United States. On the Billboard Hot 100 the song reached its highest peak at number two international due to strong digital sales that placed him at number one on the Hot Digital Songs. The song became the best chart its first number one single on the Hot Digital Songs and fastest selling single of Hollywood Records.
